Yoga's influence can be felt on the physical, mental and spiritual planes. In his book "The Tree of Yoga" Mr. BKS Iyengar used the analogy of the tree to describe how the wisdom of yoga can be used in our everyday lives. Tina will be applying that same analogy in her class to show how yoga can foster resilience.
